With over 20 years in practice, First Step's clinicians specialize in a wide range of treatment approaches for mental health and substance abuse issues. First Step Counseling has been a Middlesex County IDRC (Intoxicated Driver Resource Center) approved treatment facility for the past 15 years.

Options Couseling is a partial care and intensive outpatient facility for adolescents and adults. We are state licensed in mental health and substance abuse. Options accepts Medicaid and some insurance companies.
